Packages are priced by estimated guest count, so no exact head count is required. Minimum guest count 30 or $500 subtotal. Minimum two-day lead time, subject to availability; 14 days for events needing an off-site alcohol permit. Staffed service only; may be subject to tax, service fee and gratuity.

How quickly can you cater a funeral reception?
With as little as two days' notice, subject to availability. Receptions with a beer and wine bar off-site need 14 days for the alcohol permit.
Do we need an exact head count?
No. Packages are priced for an estimated guest count (30, 50, 100 or 200), so you don't need to know exactly who will come.
Can the reception be at the church, funeral home or our home?
Yes. We cater wherever you gather, or we can host at Beacon Hill.
