What areas does Beacon cater?
We cater across Ithaca, Lansing, Trumansburg, Dryden and the wider Finger Lakes region, at your venue or at Beacon Hill, our own venue on East Shore Drive.
Is Beacon a full-service caterer?
Yes. We handle the food, staffing, licensed bar service and rental coordination from setup through cleanup. We also do drop-off and boxed catering.
How far ahead should I book?
Two days for breakfast and celebration-of-life receptions, about a week for most staffed events, and 15 days for any event with alcohol. For weddings and big events, reach out as early as you can.
Can you handle dietary restrictions?
Yes. Every menu marks vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, and our chefs make custom meals for allergies, halal and kosher with about a week's notice.
